In an effort to provide as much visibility of your end user’s interaction with the Userplane applications we have continued our efforts in providing effective and easy to implement APIs to provide freedom to the data you value most. We are happy to announce that we now have a real-time session RESTful API that will allow our publishers to query Userplane for the current connected list of end users.

In previous iterations of Userplane this API was delayed and somewhat limited in how often you could call it to retrieve data. We have removed those limitations and also provided a great deal more information for you about your users. We are now including when the session started so you can determine how long they have been online, their current status so you can see if they have left their computer idle, as well as their current activity message.
