2011 is here; did you make your resolutions?

Since 2011 will mark my first full year at Userplane, I’ve certainly thought of a few things I would like to accomplish. One of my resolutions is to meet our customers and introduce myself to soon-to-be customers. I should mention that I’ll be at iDate in Miami, FL in a few weeks. If you’ll be there, make sure to stop by the Userplane booth (#407) and introduce yourself. As an Account Executive, it’s always great to put a face with a name.

Aside from iDate, though, where will you be in 2011? Which conferences? I would love to know which shows you’ll be attending so I can make a point to come meet you where you are.

I’d also be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge Jonathan’s post about what’s in store for the coming year. With that in mind, another resolution is show all of you how great our new platform is. If you haven’t upgraded your Webmessenger yet, why not? Can we schedule a demo so I can walk you through the changes and the upgrade process?

As with all new year’s resolutions, I’m sure I’ll think of new things to add to the list as the year goes on. But this is a good start, and I hope to meet many of you in the coming year.
