At approximately 11:45 P.M. PST the facilities that house our data center lost power for a prolonged period. Subsequent failures in battery backup and generators brought our entire network down. We are in the process of restoring service at this time and will post again as soon as we have more information on an approximate ETA for the service to be restored.

* * Update – 7/19/2011 @ 10:12am - We have been able to successfully restore service and have been fully operational for the past 24 hours. If you are still seeing any outage in service, please contact our support department immediately.

* * Update – 7/19/2011 @ 1:45pm – We had a maintenance window to address some of the clean up from the 7/17 service outage. There was two minutes of downtime.
