A quick introduction for myself, I am Jonathan Dingman. I joined Userplane in November 2009 and I am now the Product Manager for Userplane. All that to say, I am heading up the direction for where our products are going and what they will look like in the coming future.

We recently sent out a customer survey and it gave us some very valuable feedback for what is important to you, our customer.

You may have seen some screenshots on the new Webmessenger page. We have been working hard on releasing a new Webmessenger3 a lot of new features. Here is a quick breakdown of the new features you will see.

  • Better Audio and Video Quality
  • Enhanced Report Abuse/Spam
  • Virtual Gifting

These are some of our new features that we’re extremely excited about. There are many more features to be released with the new Webmessenger3, and even more features when we release Webchat3 later this year.
