Hi Userplaners (and internet surfers, in general), I’m Ben, the new Account Executive here at Userplane.  As of this writing I’ve been here two weeks, and I must say: it’s a really exciting place to be.  I came to Userplane from the garment industry, and I love being on the cutting edge of technology here.  As a part of this team, we really are on the cutting edge when it comes to developing new ways to engage our publishers’ users.

We can’t take all the credit for innovating, though.  I’ve quickly found out that we have great customers who communicate their needs to us, and it’s these ideas that get our creative wheels turning.  As means of furthering our desire to listen to our customers, I just sent out a survey (click here to take our survey) to get the full picture on our current products and service, as well as give everyone a peek into our product road map.  If you’re a current customer, please feel free to click the link and give us your feedback.
