Userplane in the New Year
by Jonathan Dingman on December 27th, 2010
The past year has been an amazing year for both myself and our team. We’ve made big strides with both our products and our vision.
One phrase that we strive for here in the office at Userplane, is this: “We are only as successful as our customers are.” With that in mind, every ounce of effort we put into a document, a presentation, a product, or a project, we make sure that it will help enable you to be more successful.
We are really excited about the Webmessenger3 launch. We have been intently listening to the feedback from our beta partners the past few months. We really appreciate the feedback we receive, it helps us build even better products that can help make you more successful.
2011 is going to be an even bigger year than 2010. We have plans for products such as Presencebar, Webchat3, Eventchat, and Minichat, just to name a few. We also have plans to enable a simple sign on process, allow for publishers to easily add Userplane into mobile applications, and much more. We also plan on removing flash as a requirement soon, which will put Userplane in a better position to offer a mobile solution that you can integrate into your own applications.
Ben, our account executive (@staleybw), will be at iDate 2011 in Miami. If you’re going to be at the conference, he would love to meet up with you and hear what you have going on. We as a company are always interested in what you have to say and how your input could improve our future product offerings.
To everyone around the world, have an amazing new year.
Cheers
