Userplaners!
It was a busy month at Userplane, the iDate/Social Networking conference in Miami was fantastic
for us – meeting new clients and reconnecting with current ones. The conference had a strong
speaker line up – with attendees ranging from Match to Yahoo, Date to Cupid.
January was the first month of our Instant-Install Userlist – a new beta product from
Userplane available for all our Instant-Install clients. We had a large volume of sites sign
up – and are encouraging more to participate in this beta release. If you wish to try the
Instant-Install Userlist on your site – login to your account at
http://www.userplane.com/directory and select the “Get Started” button
and click on “Userlist Script”.
Integrated clients this month might have noticed a new Games feature in their XML configuration.
This allows you to enable multi-player games within the IM window. We are expanding this feature
in the future to also include functionality within the Userlist and Webchat.
PlentyofFish this month announced they were using the Userplane ad rev-share feature. This allows
Integrated clients to begin generating revenue through use of the Userplane apps. If you wish
to give it a try – just email support@userplane.com
and we can get you going!
