a developer of stand alone pieces of web software
called Apps, announces the release of its Instant
Communicator for PocketPC, the first commercially
available application built on Macromedia Flash
Communication Server MX 1.5 and delivered via
PocketPC.

The Userplane Instant Communicator is a text
based instant messenger that provides the option
of web video conferencing, streaming both audio
and video through a Flash MX based client. The
backend of the App utilizes Macromedia Communication
Server MX 1.5 and provides XML based integration
features—allowing seamless integration of
the App into a site or web based software.
